Marcela Ramirez is a Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in cosmetic dermatology. She attended Texas A&M University for her undergrad, then earned her Master’s in Nursing with high honors from UT Health Science Center. Marcela is known for her clinical excellence, patient-centered approach, and keen aesthetic eye, and is deeply committed to creating customized treatment plans that enhance both skin health and confidence. She is excited to join myEvergreen Medspa, bringing her expertise to collaborate with top aesthetic experts. Fluent in Spanish, she balances her professional life with raising three active sons with her husband and traveling the world.

Shelby Howard, BSN, RN

Shelby, a native of Houston, Texas, found her calling in aesthetics after honing her nursing skills in one of the nation’s most esteemed programs at the University of Texas Medical Branch. Her nursing journey began at St. Luke’s in the Texas Medical Center, where she specialized in surgical oncology and plastics, laying the groundwork for her passion for aesthetics. After completing her residency at St. Luke’s, she trained with top plastic surgeons to perfect her skills in injectables. Driven by her love for balance and beauty, Shelby became an aesthetic nurse injector, blending her medical expertise with an artistic touch. Shelby’s goal is simple: to create natural, balanced results that enhance her clients’ features.

When she’s not working, you can find her enjoying walks with her mini dachshund, savoring fine dining experiences, or at a Pilates studio.

Aliza Kamal, BSN, RN

Aliza Kamal is an Aesthetic Nurse Injector at myEvergreen MedSpa. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2020, and has a background in Critical Care & Oncology. She has been in Aesthetic Medicine for almost three years now, and has loved every bit of it! Her goal is to make every patient feel self-assured & confident whether that’s inside or out. If she can make someone feel more in love with themselves that fuels her to keep doing what she’s doing! If natural, subtle, and impactful results are up your alley, then she’s your girl!

Adriana Rosati, BSN-RN, FNP-S

Adriana Rosati, BSN, RN, is an aesthetic nurse known for her thoughtful, personalized approach and commitment to natural-looking results. With five years of experience in a fast-paced inner-city emergency department, Adriana brings a strong clinical foundation to every appointment—sharpened by high-level decision-making, attention to detail, and the ability to listen deeply and support patients in vulnerable moments. She believes aesthetic care should feel intentional, confidence-building, and aligned with each individual’s unique goals and features.

Adriana earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Sam Houston State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, with an anticipated graduation in Spring 2027. She also holds additional clinical training, including TNCC certification.

Dermal filler is Adriana’s specialty and favorite treatment, and she loves the artistry behind creating balanced, customized outcomes. From restoring facial volume to refining lips and enhancing facial harmony, she tailors each plan to the patient’s anatomy while preserving individuality.

Dr. Sanaz Harirchian is the Medical Director at our Memorial Houston location. An Ivy League–educated, fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon based in Houston, she focuses on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, with particular expertise in rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, facelifts, neck lifts, and facial contouring. Her extensive training gives her a deep understanding of the intricate anatomy of the face and the aging process, so every patient receives personalized care. Dr. Harirchian takes a minimally invasive, maximally effective approach, combining innovative treatments with proven techniques to deliver natural, refreshed results.

Dr. Harirchian earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Brown University and her medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine. She completed a five-year residency in Head & Neck Surgery at Rutgers, followed by a prestigious fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Miami. Board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, she is also a prolific author and educator dedicated to advancing the field of facial plastic surgery.

Away from her practice, Dr. Harirchian enjoys getting to know her patients and providing compassionate, luxurious care that helps them feel confident and beautiful.
