Kayla Hogan, BSN, RN
Kayla is a Registered Nurse at myEvergreen MedSpa. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor. A former cardiac nurse, she turned to the aesthetic industry and has thrived in her role as an injector for the past 5 years. She worked for the largest corporate medspa in the United States where she was employed to be a market injector and lead medical professional in the Houston area.
Kayla’s favorite part about being in the aesthetic industry is having the opportunity to connect with her patients and educate them on services that will make them feel confident in their own skin and body. Her favorite treatments to perform are dermal fillers including hyaluronic acid fillers and biostimulators. She prides herself on creating natural but impactful results through a multimodality approach, not only treating with injectable services, but improving skin quality and wellness.
Kalya Anderson, Medical Aesthetician
Kalya received her Aesthetic license from The Aveda Institute The Woodlands in 2006 and has over 19 years experience in skincare. Immediately after receiving her license she began practicing in Medical Aesthetics where she found a natural love for lasers and the healthy skin that is revealed from these treatments!She has a passion for thoroughly treating each unique skin type for the most effective results possible and truly enjoys the personal interaction with her clients every day!
Kalya loves working with Sciton lasers such as Halo and Broadband Light. (BBL)Microneedling, Hydrafacials and Coolsculpting are just some of the many treatments Kalya is experienced in providing. In an effort to provide an elite experience for her clients, she has attended countless laser seminars and advanced training to become the best in her craft!
Because of her personal struggle with acne in the past, she knows the value of looking in the mirror and not being consumed with covering blemishes and acne scars. This is the part of skincare that is most fulfilling for her because she gets to see the confidence and joy in her clients faces when they see the youthful, healthy glow of their skin.In her free time away from Aesthetics you can find her in the gym, spending time with her teenage daughter, cooking and home improvement projects.

Marsha Cavazos, LMT, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certified
With over 17 years of professional experience in laser technology, advanced esthetics, and therapeutic bodywork, Marsha is a trusted expert in luxury medical spa services. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to provide treatments in a calm, restorative environment, bridging the gap between clinical precision and spa level care.
Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Marsha specializes in post-operative recovery, working closely with clients following cosmetic and surgical procedures to promote healing, reduce inflammation, and improve comfort during recovery.
Advanced training in laser treatments, skincare, and massage therapy allows her to deliver integrated, results driven care in a calm and luxurious setting. Whether she’s performing a relaxing facial or supporting post-surgical healing, Marsha combines clinical skill with a nurturing touch. Helping every client feel restored, confident, and cared for.

With nearly two decades of experience, I have built my reputation on delivering corrective, high-level aesthetic treatments with a focus on skin transformation and long-term results. As a Medical
Aesthetician and Laser Specialist, I am known for combining advanced technologies with a strategic, customized approach—pushing results while maintaining the integrity and safety of the skin.
