Dr. Sanaz Harirchian is an Ivy-League educated, fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon based in Houston. With a dedicated focus on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, she specializes in rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, facelifts, neck lifts, and facial contouring. Dr. Harirchian’s extensive training allows her to understand the intricate anatomy of the face and the aging process, ensuring personalized care for each patient. She believes in a minimally invasive, maximally effective approach, integrating innovative treatments with proven techniques to achieve natural, refreshed results.
Dr. Harirchian earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Brown University and her medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine. She completed a five-year residency in Head & Neck Surgery at Rutgers and a prestigious fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Miami. Board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, she is also a prolific author and educator, committed to advancing the field of facial plastic surgery.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Harirchian enjoys connecting with her patients and providing compassionate, luxurious care to enhance their confidence and beauty.

Dr. Rukmini (Vinaya) Rednam, known as the Confidence Doc®, is a board-certified plastic surgeon serving Houston and The Woodlands, TX. Dr. Rednam’s journey began in the prestigious Conley Scholars Program at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with Cum Laude honors. She continued her education at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine, graduating in the top 25% of her class. She then completed a six-year integrated plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Kentucky, where she received the Resident Teaching Award.
Dr. Rednam further specialized in Aesthetic Surgery with a fellowship at the University of Florida, honing her skills in cosmetic and body contouring surgeries. Her practice encompasses a broad spectrum of plastic surgery, with a particular focus on cosmetic surgery of the breast, body, and face, as well as specialized treatments for skin of color. She is deeply committed to breast reconstruction, post-weight loss body contouring, and body-affirming surgery, helping patients reclaim their self-esteem and embrace their true selves.
Outside of surgery, Dr. Rednam enjoys spending time with her husband Ethan, their daughters Zahra and Kiran, and their cat Billie. Her personal interests include CrossFit, travel, and quality time with family and friends.
