Meet The Team
Mayra Gamboa BSN, RN – Master Nurse Injector (Woodlands)
Mayra Gamboa is native to Bogota, Colombia – raised in Houston, Texas. Mayra is a bilingual Aesthetic Nurse Injector fluent in both Spanish and English.
She graduated from UTA with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. As a registered nurse for 8 years, her background is in Neuro, Med Surg-IMU and Aesthetics. Mayra is certified in neuromodulators (Botox , Dysport/Daxxify ), dermal filler (Restylane, Juvederm , RHA , Sculptra) and PDO threads. Mayras goal as your Master Nurse Injector is to enhance your confidence and empower you to feel beautiful in your own skin. She takes pride in her advanced injecting skills. Her passion is shown by making each individual client feel amazing by enhancing their own beauty.
In her spare time she loves to spend time with her beautiful daughter, loves to exercise and continues to expand her life long injecting education.

Crystal Gardiner, Aesthetician
A Texas native, Crystal joined MHS in 2017 as a nationally certified medical assistant. She initially became a medical assistant to take care of people and through her love of skincare, she can continue that. Expanding her skillset, Crystal is now a licensed Aesthetician in the State of Texas and NCEA Certified. After struggling for years with cystic acne, and the treatments that followed, she educated herself on skincare/ingredients. Her mission is to now help others struggling with skin issues/concerns. In addition to her license, Crystal is a certified CoolSculpting specialist, a certified technician for Hydrafacials, and has received advanced training on Skin Resurfacing from Solta (Fraxel®) & Sciton.
Outside of work, she enjoys family time and watching The Office on repeat with her ‘soup snake’ Jason, and their daughter.
Valerie Barrett, Massage Therapist
Valerie is a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience. She’s passionate about the health and overall well-being of her clients.
As a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage therapist, Valerie is trained in the Vodder Technique and uses advanced MLD knowledge to specialize in the management of Post Plastic Surgery.
Valerie continued her education certifying her as Medical Massage Practitioner, which uses various massage modalities to aid in the recovery of injuries, relaxation, and pain management. She is also certified in Table Thai Massage, which combines a variety of stretching movements applied slowly in patterns of gentle rocking and rhythmic muscle compressions.
Outside of work, Valerie enjoys a day at the beach, spending time with family, eating at popular restaurants, reading, exercising, and listening to live music.
Trista Davey, Practice Manager
Trista Davey is our Practice Manager at myEvergreen Medspa, with over 15 years in the Aesthetic Field, Trista received her Aesthetic License in 2009, and her Professional Laser Technician License 2012 amongst various certifications in CoolSculpting, several laser platforms and skin rejuvenating treatments. With over a decade in management of the aesthetic industry, she’s become a lifelong learner in the field of leadership. Trista likes to use her expertise, problem solving abilities, and caring personality for the benefit of patients and staff alike. Outside of work, she’s a dedicated hockey mom, enjoys cooking, traveling and unwinding with friends and family.
Ashley Sharpen, Content Creator
Introducing Ashley, a proud native of The Woodlands, Texas, whose passion for marketing and social media strategy flourished amidst the charm of her hometown. When she’s not in the world of digital engagement, Ashley finds delight in family outings on the serene shores of Lake Conroe, playful adventures at the park with her bubbly toddler, and savoring the culinary wonders of new dining spots.
Evelina Diaz, Front Office Coordinator
Evelina is a dedicated professional with a passion for the Aesthetic industry and a heart for helping others.
Originally from a military family, she found her way to Texas with her husband’s service, where she has embraced the vibrant community. With three children and three beloved dogs, Evelina cherishes family time and the simple joys of life.
When she’s not assisting clients at the medspa, you can find her cooking her favorite delicious meals, exploring nature through exercise, or planning exciting adventures with her loved ones. Evelina’s positive energy coupled with her knowledge of medspa services, makes her a valuable asset to any team.
