Women of Color Event: Empowering Beauty in Every Shade

Join us on September 14th
from 12pm – 2pm
at our Woodlands location!

Many women of color often find themselves excluded from the aesthetic space. Whether it’s concerns about lasers, injectables, or skincare treatments, those with deeper skin tones frequently struggle to find options that are safe and effective for them.

Even Dr. Rukmini (Vinaya) Rednam, a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon and the Medical Director of myEvergreen MedSpa of The Woodlands, has personally experienced this sense of exclusion within the beauty industry.

Our “Women of Color Event: Empowering Beauty in Every Shade” is designed to change that narrative. We’re committed to educating and empowering women of color by providing the knowledge and information they need to make informed decisions about their aesthetic treatments. While aesthetics have made significant progress, there’s still work to be done, and we’re dedicated to driving change in an industry that has too often been exclusive.

The event will feature a short presentation, followed by a Q&A session where you can get answers to your most pressing questions. Attendees will also enjoy raffles, receive swag bags, and indulge in champagne and lite bites! Join us as we celebrate the unique beauty of every shade and create a space where all women feel seen, heard, and valued.

Thank you to our wonderful event sponsors, Allergan and Cartessa!
